stem from these great minds.
Henry Tang, founder of Zilver Group and Zilver Restaurant
since 2005, is a true master of his trade. But before that, Henry
was destined for a career in real estate and decided to pursue a
property career in Hong Kong upon graduated in UNSW.
Passion for food, dedication for thrive, Henry return to Sydney
and started his restaurant business.
He devoted himself to learn the trade from ground up and he
struck out on his own to introduce a brand new concept in
modern Chinese. His Wife Chillie Poon soon shared his passion
and joined the business as his marketing and personnel.
