Personalized service options include family style, tray-passed, buffet, seated, station and a combination of station and seated, with Zilver service staff and chefs on

SEATED

Considered to be the most extravagant serving style, seating is ideal for any formal event from gala to soiree. Courses are prepared and plated in our kitchen, then delivered to each of your guests by our highly trained team.

BUFFET

Your menu items will be set out in a defined area that guests will go to for their meals. The food can be self-service or served by our
professional staff. With Zilver Catering, you can expect the buffet stations to be beautifully presented and well maintained throughout your event.

STATION

Both a chef and our service staff attend to food stations and prepare plates ordered by and then presented to your guests. This versatile style affords a personalized service while maximizing the social energy and movement of your party.

 

FAMILY

A less-formal style of service that is great for fostering interaction among your guests. Instead of individual plates, platters of food are brought to the table for everyone to share. Guests help themselves and decide which items delight them. The passing of platters back and forth creates a truly festive and convivial focal point.

 

TRAY-PASSED

Our highly trained staffs serve around trays of food items and/or beverages directly to guests. It is a popular service style to add a touch of elegance to your pre-function reception, where your guests can enjoy small bites and a drink before being seated for the main event.
